The Bindi brand was born in 1946, when the Tuscan restaurateur and founder of the company, Attilio Bindi, came to Milan with his family and two sons, Romano and Rino. He opened a small pastry shop in Via Larga, one of Milan's historic streets, and from there a new dessert concept was born.

 

The Zuccotto was one of the products that brought success to Bindi, followed by the Profiterole, Marengo, Truffle (Tartufo) and Tiramisù, which, thanks to Bindi, became popular all over the world.
